Aruna Quadri, Offiong Edem Arrive Camp.

Nigeria's Table Tennis team are now camp at the Liberty Stadium in readiness for the London 2012 Olympic Games as the team departed Lagos yesterday to begin rigourous training programme for the Games.

The table tennis who are camp are two prfessional ping pongers, Aruna Quadri and Offiong Edem as they are being joined by four spairring partners, Janet Friday, Kazeem Fatimoh, Adedeji Kayode and Mayowa Babatunde.

The Nigeria Table Tennis Federation,NTTF, is still expecting former African number one, Segun Toriola and Nigeria's ace female ping ponger, Funke Oshinaike, who plas professional table tennis in Germany.

Sportsweight.blogspot.com, reports that the which team appeared at the German embassy on Thursday for an interview would depart the country on the nineth of this month for a training of Germany where they would training for a month prior to the London 2012 Olympic Games.

The team which will be playing only in the singles events will be coached by NTTF head coach, Nosiru Bello and Richard Edem, Head Coach of Cross River Table Tennis team.
